I bought the 450# transmission jack to lower a 4T65e transmission from a 2005 Buick Rendezvous. Little did I know that I would also be using it to return the cradle and transmission back to their places at the same time, with lumber to hold everything in place. I've demonstrated this jack is more versatile than a standard floor jack as it has a pretty wide stance with the casters. The linkage-style mechanical lift is adequate. The price is definitely right. So, yes, the vehicle is reassembled, with a new rear main oil seal. I've put several hundred miles on in short trips, and the outside of the oil pan is dry as a bone. I like videos that show people who know what they are doing, using professional tools. But we people at home sometimes have to improvise with the tools available to us, in the time that we have, with limited funds. In this sense, the jack far exceeded expectations.
