Putting on a slide going into the chorus is always awkward as it involves a lot of juggling, but the key is to hit a sustained C note (5th fret G string) to give yourself some time to transition. For chorus slide, I used a morning glory going into the boost side of my king of tone. Outro slide I turned up the delay mix and repeats and stacked an additional slap back delay and an extra drive.
