Let's talk TEG, also known as the thromboelastography! The popularity of the TEG is growing in the critical care environment. The TEG takes a complex look at our patients entire clotting process and gives us useful values as well as a visual representation of this process helping us to better identify and treat various clotting disorders that could be going on with them.
