Anna is Founder and Chief Coach of Strider Kids Coaching, whose mission is to help children build a strong foundation of mindset and thinking habits, so they can have the self- confidence and mental resilience to have a more successful journey in life. Anna started her coaching journey as a Performance Coach with over 16 years of corporate experience, working with professionals and executives on their professional and personal life. Over the years of coaching adults, one common recurring problem became obvious to Anna, it is that the quality of adulthood is greatly impacted by the beliefs and thinking habits formed in childhood. A child's interpretation of their childhood experiences, good or bad, can affect many important aspects of their adult life, in the choices they will make, their career performance, and in their relationship with others and with themselves. When Anna became a Mum 7 years ago, she learned very quickly that as much as she would love to, she could not always be there for her child. She had two choices, either leave it to chance and pray hard that her child will turn out okay, OR, she can arm him with a toolkit, a strong foundation of mindset and thinking habits that empowers him throughout his life. This led her to found Strider Kids Coaching to help other children. https://www.striderkidscoaching.com In collaboration with Mums@Work, One&Co is proud to present OneMumpreneur, a short-video series featuring mommy entrepreneurs! These Mumpreneurs share on the new challenges they face in light of COVID-19, both as a mum and as a business owner. They also highlight the steps they have taken to adapt to these changes, and what their greatest takeaway from this uncertain period is. We hope this gives fellow Mumpreneurs, Mumpreneurs wanna-be, as well as mommies that might be struggling to balance work and motherhood, a platform to co-share advice and co-learn from one another.
