You don't even have to bake it! ✦ Subscribe: http://bit.ly/2keGDCn ✦ Support on Patreon: / jammycooks89 ✦ Facebook: / jammycooks89 ✦ Twitter: / jammycooks89 ✦ Instagram: http://bit.ly/2lgDqlP Crust: 12 oreos 3 TBL butter, melted Filling: 3/4 cups dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate 2 1/2 TBL water 1 TBL cocoa powder 1/2 tsp espresso powder Pinch of salt, optional 1 tsp brandy, optional 1/4 cup Marscapone cheese or cream cheese 3/4 cup heavy cream Glaze: 1 TBL water 1 1/2 tsp gelatin 1/4 cup dutch process cocoa 5 1/2 TBL water 1/4 cup sugar 1 TBL butter 1 TBL dark chocolate Slivered almonds, to garnish For crust: Place cookies in a food processor and grind until they are crumbs. Or, you can crush them by hand. Make sure they’re fine though. Add melted butter, and mix to combine. Divide crumbs between two mini tart pans and press evenly into the edges. Set aside. For filling: in a small bowl, place chocolate, water, cocoa powder and espresso powder. Microwave for 45 seconds. Stir to combine, and add brandy and salt. Add Marscapone cheese. Set aside. In a separate bowl, place heavy cream. Whip to stiff peaks. Fold in the chocolate in a few rounds until combined. Place filling in the tart pan, leaving a little of the top exposed. Even out and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set. For glaze: In a small bowl, combine 1 TBL water and gelatin. Allow to soak about 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients to a small pot. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. Add soaked gelatin mixture, and stir to combine. Allow to cool about 5-10 minutes. It will thicken as it cools. To assemble: carefully pour in a little mirror glaze just to coat the tart. After the glaze has set, top with two piece of almond to form a heart. Slice, and serve. (You will have extra mirror glaze. Place extras in a plastic bag and keep in the freezer)
