@BackyardVoltage Mounting and launch video: • 2025 version of FT-2000, 2 kW wind turbine... Here is the renewed FT-2000 wind turbine since 2025 they all are like this: 1. 3.1 m windwheel instead of 3.2 m as used to be earlier. 2. fixed tail only, no folding tail option. 3. no eccentric, just the bare central position of the horizontal rotation axis. 4. plastic cone now, instead of fiberglass - more lasting one. 5. blades btw are also made of plastic now, not the fiberglass. About the controller - LHCM buck&boost combined version is the best one you can have in that size, however, it's also the most expensive one, about $80 more expensive if compared to standard LHCM buck or LHCM boost models, and of course even more expensive (about $150 more) if compared to the basic LHCN ballast type controller. Link to it: https://offer.alibaba.com/cps/j615cq2... Blades - you can order whatever custom set of blades you want, from the smallest to the biggest, just ask the seller of the options. Can be with hub, cone, bolts/nuts, or without, just get the configuration you need. Link to it: https://offer.alibaba.com/cps/j615cq2... So, in the end of all manipulations I am going to have two wind turbines like this: 1. It will be FT-2000 with the custom increased windwheel sized at 3.4 m in diameter (originally fits the FT-2500 model). 2. It will be FT-1500 with the custom increased windwheel sized at 3.1 m in diameter (originally fits the FT-2000 model). In both cases the generators are 96V, and in both cases I will be using the most sophisticated controllers with lost of setups, and as wide voltage working range as possible. 1. for FT-2000 I'll have the LHCM boost&buck with the voltage range from 3 to 180VDC. 2. for FT-1500 I'll have the Ukrainian-made controller, with the working voltage range of 20-165 VDC. Let me know in the comments if there are any questions left, I'll be mounting both units up the air soon, and we will see their production capabilities too.
