When Defense Wants to NEGOTIATE Your Case PRIVATELY through Mediation, Does it Mean Your Case Will Settle? https://www.oginski-law.com/library/b... NY Medical Malpractice & Personal Injury Lawyer Gerry Oginski Explains 516-487-8207 Email: [email protected] There may come a time when the defense wants to negotiate. That could happen at any time.
