Bach - Prelude in C Major BWV 846

To improve my consistency, I have decided to upload videos of my performances onto YouTube. This is because I often spend a lot of time on recordings or concerts that do not satisfy me. My goal is to upload slightly increasingly difficult pieces so I can make steady progress. I started off with an easy piece that wouldn't need much work. I hope this project will make me a better pianist. This will also take me more time, patience, and efficient practice, but by slowly adding more challenge, I can get used to this and perform better. Hopefully, I will be able to play the fugue, though that is quite some time in the future. I am a late intermediate / early advanced pianist, so these are not professional recordings. After a sightread and a bit of practice for the last part, the first recording was made on December 16, 2025. However, my audio had been compressed. Two days later, I changed some audio settings and improved my interpretation, which, after about 5 more recordings, ended up with this. I am playing a Yamaha Grand that has not been tuned for 5 months (scheduled for tuning next month); therefore, some of the notes, mostly the ones above C6, are very noticeably out of tune. Luckily, this piece doesn't contain any of those notes, so the tuning is not too bad. This classic prelude by Bach is a late beginner. This was one of the first songs I learned when I was in second grade. However, the fugue is much, much harder. I cannot find a listed difficulty on the CM or ABRSM syllabus. I would say it receives a 4 on the CM syllabus and a 3 on the ABRSM syllabus.
