Total cost. £3,450.00 plus vat. Tiling. Tiling cost’s per square meter are as follow’s: Ceramic and porcelain tile’s - £50.00 per square meter. Mosaic tile’s - £55.00 per square meter. All prices include adhesive and grout. Tile trim to be supplied by customer. Underfloor heating (Optional). Supply and install 3 square meter underfloor heating matt with a programable room thermostat. Total cost. £495.00 plus vat. Electrical.
