Dyskinetic cerebral palsy is itself a very troublesome problem and a difficult variety of cp and in the term of understanding & management. It became very difficult if a child came in late age and along with torsional mal-alignment & muscle contracture. But no one can believe that in spite of very big issues and difficult situation a child started walking and making his balance on own after a long time. It is a kind of unbelievable happiness for both parents, family members, and treatment team of surgeons and rehab personnel. In the first instance when he came we never thought of doing anything but after seeing the determination of parents and child, we started working on the child and even parents were working hard in their own child. After surgery and two years of intensive and multimodal therapy and with second time minor surgery on foot he started standing and able to balance his body by own. Now he is able to many of his ADL activities by own.
