In this video, I try making a big pan of stir-fried glass noodles using fresh ingredients like shrimp, eggs, and green onions, all cooked in a large wok over a traditional wood fire. Between the smoke, the heat, and trying to keep the noodles from sticking together, things didn’t go exactly as planned. Still, cooking outside in nature always has its own kind of magic.
