I Had the Opportunity to Smoke an Unopened, Original, 14 Year Old Virginia Slims Superslims Menthol Cigarette that was Made Prior to 2010, and so as such, did exactly that in this video, plus gave them a full review as well. This product was made prior to FSC legislation in the United States, is not in the newer style “Purse Pack” which first came onto the market in 2009 / 2010, and has promo packaging advertising the aforementioned packs, and so as such, we can determine that this product is, for sure, actually 14 years old, at a minimum. Virginia Slims is a female-oriented brand of cigarettes that was introduced in 1968 by Phillip Morris. It was originally meant as an offshoot of Benson & Hedges, but the brand quickly grew to become its own thing and rose to popularity, inspiring many copycats that are still on the market today, and arguably setting the standard for what a female-oriented brand should look like and how one should be marketed as well. Today, VS is still owned and produced by Philip Morris, and is still a much more well known brand than not. While I personally think the brand is past its prime, it's still much more popular than not, and is, if I had to guess, still the most popular brand that focuses entirely on marketing towards women.
