Arctics' athlete Ben Devito is a 1500m runner and placed 2nd last season in his event. Ben is also a co-owner and coach at Blue Devils AC, coaches XC/track at York University, and is a former varsity athlete at the University of Toronto Varsity Blues, with a personal best of 3:45.88 coming from the 2022 CTFL Championships. Today, we got the chance to see behind the scenes on one of his longer days, consisting of two workouts, work for Blue Devils AC and coaching several groups as well. We're still unsure where he finds the energy for all of this. Workout 1: 15 min warm up + dynamics and strides; 4x 8-min tempo on 2 min jog; 15 min cool down. Workout 2: 15-20 min jog; 10x 250m hill with jog down rest; 15 min jog.
