🔥The most valuable skill a person can possess is effective reflection and analysis. ⚠️Have you noticed that some people are incredibly busy every day, yet they seem to be stuck in the same place year after year, while others don't seem to work as hard but become increasingly successful? What's the difference? It all comes down to two words: reflection and analysis. 🎯 Take Steve Jobs, for example. When Apple was on the verge of bankruptcy in 1997, the first thing he did upon his return was to analyze the reasons for Apple's failure. He discovered that Apple's product line was too complex and lacked focus on core values. He then cut 90% of the products, focusing on a few exceptional products, which led to the later success of the iPod and iPhone. 📜But let me pour some cold water on you first: 90% of people don't know how to reflect and analyze effectively. They think that simply lying in bed and thinking about what they did today constitutes reflection, which is completely wrong. True, effective reflection and analysis is a complete thinking system that includes three core actions: reconstructing the event, extracting patterns, and iterating actions. 👉Step 1: Reconstructing the Event The first step in effective reflection and analysis is to replay every aspect of the event, like watching a video playback, without emotion or bias, focusing only on the facts. What did you say? What decisions did you make? What was the other person's reaction? What were the time points? How did the results come about? Examine every detail. 👉Step 2: Extracting Patterns Only after clearly understanding the facts can you move on to the second step: extracting patterns. Many people do 100 things but fail to extract a single useful lesson. This is because they only ask why they failed, not what the underlying patterns of failure were. 👉Step 3: Iterating Actions But simply extracting patterns isn't enough; the most crucial step is the third: iterating actions. Too many people finish their reflection and analysis and then just continue doing things the same way. This kind of reflection is meaningless. 📌 If you found this sharing helpful, please click the button in the bottom left corner to subscribe, or share your thoughts in the comments below the video. ✅ Your support is my motivation for creating new content.
