In this episode of Educate Everyone, Dr. Joseph Atman continues delving into the Introduction of his book A Philosophical War: Antebellum, Enemies & Allies, setting the stage for an exploration of the book's chapters. He explains that we are at war, with an enemy that has tricked us into accepting the battle as normalcy and looks at what can happen if we don't recognize the threat exists. But, once we do, he says the solution is really not that hard to imagine or accomplish. Dr. Atman details how and why human beings need to change their consciousness in order to have the lives that they really hope to live. He also discuss how mean or critical words can have the same kind of impact as weapons when directed at us, but that we have the power and methods to defend ourselves and limit or deflect their impact.
