Clydebuilt Films are delighted to present our first film - Apocalypse Cow! Please share and comment! There's a nice bottle of red wine in it for the best comment... Created FROM SCRATCH in just 48 hours, as part of the 2024 48-Film-Project in Edinburgh... at 8pm on the Friday we discovered that the film had to contain: A character called AJ Smith, who is a solicitor A measuring cup The line "I cannot stand it" and, for us, it had to be in the genre of "Disaster Movie" or "Fantasy". By Sunday evening, the film has been plotted, written, scored, costumed, set, propped, lit, filmed, edited and submitted to the competition... on-time! It premiered at the Cameo Cinema, in Edinburgh, on Monday 3rd June 2024. Apocalypse Cow! stars Colin McGowan, Gill McGowan, James McShane , John Paul Liddle and Rachael Hepburn. The Music and Lyrics were written by John Paul Liddle. Our Production Manager was Rachael Hepburn. And it was Edited, Produced and Directed by Mark Ridyard.
