REFURBISHMENT PROJECT! For our customer Wind1000 we refurbished the complete equipment (besides the basic machine) of their LG-1750. After a thorough inspection the boom parts (of more than 200 metres in total) are pre-processed or sandblasted, which is an important process. This depends on the technical specifications of the parts. In case the parts are sandblasted (SA3), the surface is 100% rustfree and ready fort the paint process. Immediately after blasting, a 2-layer epoxy primer is applied, providing excellent protection against the formation of rust. During the final stage the boom parts are sprayed in a 2-layer (company colour) topcoat with a high UV-protection against colour loss. Afther the whole process the paint has a thickness of 250-300 micron. Do you also have heavy or big objects which needs to be refurbished?
