Have life’s stresses ever kept you awake at night? This isn’t surprising as stress and anxiety are the main culprits of insomnia and sleep issues. But has it ever gone to the extent of disturbing your sweet dreams? Scientists at MIT have developed a new wearable electronic device called “Dormio” that can be used to enable “Targeted Dream Incubation” or TDI. This new technology has the ability to manipulate your dreams, and it may be the key to help those struggling with sleep. Stay tuned to learn more about Dormio, TDI and its possible applications!
