Coloring a mandala can feel surprisingly stressful—choosing colors, deciding how many to use, and worrying about “messing it up.” In this video, I take a simple, low-stress approach by limiting myself to just two colors. Instead of overthinking color combinations, I choose just two colors I enjoy and alternate them throughout the design. This keeps the process calm, cohesive, and enjoyable—without pressure to get it “right.” If you’ve been designing mandalas in black pen only, or hesitating to add color because you’re unsure where to start, this video is an invitation to experiment gently. Coloring doesn’t have to be complicated to be satisfying. This is a calm, observational video focused on the rhythm of coloring rather than the end result. Do you ever hesitate before coloring a mandala you’ve created? If so, you’re not alone. Tell me about your experience in the comments.
