It certainly smelled moldy when I entered the room, but after the incident I experienced in the middle of the night, I returned to the hotel the next day and had my room changed in the evening. It took a little time to explain because I had to explain in English, and I talked to several people before they understood, but in the end they were happy to change the room on the day. This is just my experience, so "It's up to you to believe it or not." A woman appeared at my pillow. She wasn't a local, but an Indian woman? ・ I didn't feel any pressure or fear because she wanted to tell me something. However, it took an unusually long time to leave this room in the morning, and I was so anxious that I couldn't leave the room unless I checked my belongings over and over again. I will refrain from saying anything else. However, the fact that they were happy to accommodate my room change was a testament to the Marriott staff's high level of service. They also added some extra services, and I felt that they had a high level of service that was different from other hotels. There were different colored towels available for rent at the poolside, but I didn't understand why they were different colors. Maybe they were vacation club members or not? However, the poolside was nice with only friendly staff. I'm a picky eater, so I could tell that the attitude of the restaurant and front desk changed depending on the room number. Of course, they were more accommodating (laughs). All the in-room facilities and equipment are provided, so it's convenient. There is a washing machine, a cleaning machine, and detergent for each. If you contact the front desk, they will bring you toothbrushes and hand soap. You can ask for as many bottles of water as you want.
