Today I'm cutting out all the rocker panel rust on my 1985 Toyota 4Runner. I have a replacement rocker panel from Wolf Steel to weld in, but I will also need to fabricate additional parts of the rocker panel and door jamb from scrap sheet metal using basic tools. The Wolf Steel panel isn't very accurate, so I had to modify that as well. This is a big job - let me show how I complete it myself, at home, in my garage!
