नवशिक्यांसाठी गुबगुबीत पुरणपोळी | या पद्धतीने पुरण शिजवले तर ठरवूनही पातळ होणार नाही #Shweta kitchen# साहित्य | Ingredients - डाळ शिजवण्यासाठी | To Cook Daal • हरभरा / चणा डाळ २ कप | Bangal Gram 2 Cups • हळद १/२ चमचा | Turmeric 1/2 tsp • तेल २ चमचे | Oil 2 tbsp पुरणासाठी | For Making Puran • बारीक चिरलेला गुळ २ कप | Chopped jaggery 2 Cups • वेलची पावडर १/२ चमचा | Cardamom pw 1/2 tsp • जायफळ पावडर १/२ चमचा | Nutmeg pw 1/4 tsp कणकेसाठी | For Dough • गव्हाचे पीठ ४ कप | Whole Wheat Flour 4 Cups • मीठ चवीनुसार | Salt to taste • हळद १/४ चमचा | Turmeric (Optional) • तेल ५-६ चमचे | Oil 5-6 tbsp • Wash Chana Daal well and soak for 1 hour. • In a parat take wheat flour, some turmeric and salt and make semi soft dough and, apply some oil and keep it aside for 20 minutes. • After 20 Minutes, knead the dough. To make the dough soft apply some oil and water alternatively while kneading. Cover and keep it aside. • Now to cook chana daal, boil plenty of water in a vessel, once water is boiling add turmeric and oil and soaked daal. • Bring it to boil again, turn the heat to low , cover with deep plate , pour some water into plate and cook the daal very soft on low to medium heat. • If necessary add the water from the plate into the daal. • Once the daal is cooked, using the strainer make the daal and water separate. • Now using Puran Maker or Jali mash the daal. • To make puran heat up heavy bottom vessel, add mashed daal and chopped jaggery. • Saute the mixture until the mixture gets thicken. • Lastly add nutmeg and cardamom pw. Mix well and allow the puran cool down completely. • Then take a small portion from puran and small portion from the dough. • Fill the puran into the dough same as we do for paratha. • Dust some wheat flour, and roll the Puranpoli with gentle hands. • Then roast the puranpoli applying some ghee / oil. • Delicious Puranpoli is Ready.
