World’s FIRST 3 Rotor Volvo!? Fitting the 20B!

🚗🔥 World’s FIRST Rotary-Swapped Volvo?! Fitting the Mazda 20B! 🔧💨 It’s finally happening—the Mazda 20B rotary engine is going into the Volvo 740! This episode is all about making it fit, which means cutting, fabricating, and modifying just about everything. With Rob’s fabrication skills and some serious problem-solving, we cut into the transmission tunnel, build custom engine mounts, and try to get the three-rotor monster sitting perfectly. But, of course, things don’t go exactly to plan… 💰 We had to modify an expensive custom sump just to make it work! Sometimes, no matter how much planning goes into a build, things still need to be adjusted on the fly! At this point, we believe this is the first-ever 20B rotary-swapped Volvo in the world—and we’re just getting started! 🔧 In This Episode, You’ll See: ✔️ Dropping the Mazda 20B into the Volvo for the first time! 🔥 ✔️ Cutting the transmission tunnel to make it fit properly. ✔️ Fabricating custom engine mounts to support the rotary beast. ✔️ Modifying the sump (even though we really didn’t want to). ✔️ Seeing the 20B sitting in the Volvo for the first time! 😍 ✔️ Team banter, problem-solving, and a bit of frustration along the way! ⚙️ What’s Next?
