Hello Pathfinders💚! Coron, Palawan has always been a dream destination for me. Nestled in the province of Palawan, this island paradise is home to some of the richest marine biodiversity in the Philippines. From blue lagoons to vibrant coral gardens, it's a place where nature speaks in colors and calm. When we arrived at Busuanga Airport, I was pleasantly surprised by how organized everything was. Hotel transfers were already waiting, clearly marked and easy to find. Rates were fixed—no haggling needed, and everything felt safe, smooth, and efficient. It was a stress-free welcome that set the tone for the rest of our trip. This is a glimpse of my 3-day, 2-night adventure in Coron. We arrived in Coron brimming with excitement. We stayed at a charming little hotel surrounded by trees and gardens. It is just a walking distance from the main road. After settling into our hotel, we spent the afternoon exploring the town. The streets were peaceful and charming, with friendly locals and cozy cafes. One thing I truly appreciated was how the locals weren’t aggressive or hard-selling anything. There was no pressure—just genuine smiles and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. We were free to wander, browse, and experience the place at our own pace. We tried local snacks, snapped photos by the bay, and embraced the laid-back island vibe. It was the perfect way to ease into our getaway. Day 2 was the highlight of our trip. We joined the Super Ultimate Day Tour and spent the whole day island-hopping with a diverse and friendly group of travelers from around the world. Our group was composed of different nationalities, but we didn’t feel different. Our tour guide made sure everyone felt included. The guides also shared interesting information at every spot we visited which made the experience even more memorable. I snorkeled for the first time, and it was magical—colorful corals, curious fish, and a peaceful underwater world. Lunch was served on the boat: freshly grilled fish, rice, tropical fruits, and Filipino dishes. We shared stories, laughed, and bonded with new friends as we sailed from one beautiful spot to another. On our final morning, we made our way to Maquinit Hot Spring—one of the few saltwater hot springs in the world. Surrounded by lush mangroves and beautiful rocks, the spring offered a soothing soak that eased our tired muscles and gave us one last moment to connect with nature. As we dipped into the warm waters, I noticed small crabs crawling through the cracks in the rocks, and tiny fishes darting among the mangrove roots. It felt like the whole area was alive—thriving quietly around us. Fun fact: The area surrounding Maquinit is a sanctuary for various bird species and marine life. The mangroves serve as nurseries for juvenile fish, crabs, and other coastal creatures. Even monitor lizards are sometimes seen basking nearby. It’s more than just a hot spring—it’s a window into a delicate and diverse ecosystem. On our way back from the hot spring, we passed by a small fishing village. The scene was quiet, yet powerful. It reminded me that Coron is not just a tourist destination. It is home to communities who still depend on what the sea has to offer. Despite the steady rise in tourism, the people here continue to rely on their natural resources for their livelihood. And what’s truly inspiring is that they’ve managed to protect these resources, not just for visitors, but for themselves, their families, and the future. I’ll always remember this island’s overwhelming beauty, my first snorkel, the laughter on the boat, the warm embrace of Maquinit, and the serene calm of the islands. Coron isn’t just a destination—it’s a living, breathing home. A place where nature and community exist in careful balance. May we honor that balance. May we travel with care. And may we help protect its magic—so it lasts for generations to come. #CoronTrip #CoronIsland #IslandHopping #TravelPhilippines #ParadiseFound #PhilippineIslands #CoronAdventures #WanderlustPH #TropicalEscape #CoronDiaries #TravelVlogPH #ExploreCoron #HiddenParadise #PhilippinesVlog #TravelPhilippines #ExplorePH #ItsMoreFunInThePhilippines #WanderlustPH #Pilipinas #PhilippineDestinations #TaraPH #IslandLifePH #travelasia Music: Now morning finds me (feat.
