This video walks you through a simple but full service on a Suzuki LTZ 400 ATV. We cover all the essentials: changing the oil and oil filter, replacing the spark plug, and cleaning the air filter. It's an easy process that only requires a few basic tools! This guide is perfect for any LTZ400 owner looking to perform routine maintenance. Hit the LIKE button if this video helps you out! 🛠️ Tools & Parts List Here are the items you'll need for this Suzuki LTZ 400 maintenance: Tools Needed: 14mm Wrench 12mm Wrench 10mm Wrench 8mm Wrench Oil Drain Pan Parts Needed: Oil: 10W-40 ATV/Motorcycle Oil (approx. 2 liters) Oil Filter: Suzuki Part number 16510-29F00 Spark Plug: NGK CR8E 1275 ✅ The Simple Process Covered: Remove the main oil drain plug to empty the engine oil. Remove the oil plug from the front oil reservoir to drain the rest. Remove the oil filter cover (slowly!) to drain and replace the old filter. Remove and clean the air filter element. Remove the gas tank (two bolts) to gain access to the spark plug. Replace the old spark plug with the new NGK CR8E. Ensure all plugs and the oil filter cap are correctly tightened. Add the new 10W-40 oil to the reservoir. Start the quad, let it run for a few minutes, then check and top up the oil level repeatedly until correct. You’re done! Happy riding! 👇 Connect with me!
