DUAL VOICE - Schindler Mod by OTIS eMOD Lift @ John Lewis, Norwich

Filmed July 2024, I believe the cause of dual voice (Drucegrove and Otis Voice) is due to a new REM unit which also has a built in announcer. The left hand lift in this set has only the Otis voice due to the drucegrove unit failing some time ago. I have seen a similar system fitted to another lift in this store but due to this lift being a KONE this one has seperate indicator lights fitted to the panel to indicate alarm status as it cannot interface with the KONE kit nor have any voice function. The main eMOD in the store did have the voice fitted with the new phone recently but that has since not functioned. Hopefully Otis can get the voice working in that/
