There’s something so therapeutic about doing your hair and pouring back into yourself. Sunday was my cozy reset day. Church, spending time in God’s presence, cooking a proper homemade meal, cleaning my space, doing laundry and mentally preparing for Monday. Living alone has taught me how important it is to create peaceful routines and romanticise the small moments. And then Monday… stepping into the new week focused, organised and trying to be consistent. Not every week is perfect, but we’re showing up anyway.
