This is Makitas more affordable 10inch Miter saw. The LS1018L, this I would class as more a builders saw. Definantly not built for accuracy, but it is quite durable as long as you don't leave it out in the rain. The motor on these LS1018 saws are actually quite good and can withstand some abuse. Even with the bearings gone on this one and the gear stripped out, the armature is still good amd can easily be fixed up again for 150 euro. Even less if your doing the work yourself.
