If you own a set of dumbbells, this is a fantastic workout. It is part of my Fit In 15- 15 minute HIIT workout series. This is a full body workout. What makes this workout so diverse is that is a great strength/toning and cardio combo. The quick 5 second rests doesn't allow your hear rate to go down and therefore you get the cardio benefits along with the strength and toning of the specific muscle groups. I recommend that you have more than one set of dumbbells use a lighter and medium set. Some of the exercises use larger muscle groups where you will find going a little bit heavier will give you a better workout and other exercises use smaller muscle groups and using a heavier set will be almost impossible.
