Member 1: will on the sound of the air horn lift a shoulder pack from static position and commence up five flights of stairs in the shortest possible time and dismount shoulder pack in a container supplier. On conclusion of shoulder pack exercise, member 1 will then be required to hoist a load using the hand over hand method to fifth floor and placing load on top of shoulder pack in container. Thereafter, proceeding down five flights of stairs to the ground, contact must be made with every step on decent. On ground floor, member 1 must hand the batten to team member 2. This completes team member 1's participation. Member 2: after receiving the batten from member 1 will be required to pick up a charged hose and pull the hose straight from designated marking. The branch and hose must be dragged/pulled over 20 meters and the member must exit through the swing doors, and only then, may the branch be opened and the water stream must knock the target over. Once target has been knocked down, the branch will be shut closed and the branch and hose will be placed on the ground with the branch in the designated area, member 2 will then proceed to the end of the course and hand the batten to team member 3. Thereby concluding member 2’s participation. Member 3: after receiving the batten from member 2 will proceed to the hammer drill in the center of the obstacle course, where he/she will mount the steel frame and using the hammer provided, will hammer the steel cylinder from one side of the frame to the other, once completed he/she will place the hammer on the ground and then proceed to the other side of the course where he/she will hand the batten to member 4 and thereby concluding member 3’s participation. The hammer must be gripped between the marks provided. Hammer not to be lifted higher than 90 degrees. Member 4: after receiving the batten from member 3, member 4 will lift Oscar (training mannequin) and drag/pull Oscar for 30 meters over the same obstacle course that was completed by member 2 in reverse direction. Time will stop when the 4th member crosses the line thereby concluding member 4’s participation and concluding the team event.
