7 Layer Burrito Ingredients: Flour Tortillas 8 CT 1)Tomato (diced) 1 large 2)Iceberg Lettuce (shredded) 1/2 3)Taco blend cheese (shredded) 1 cup 4)Sour cream 1 cup 5)Mexican Rice Rice (Basmati) washed & soaked 1 cup Cooking Oil 3 tbsp Tomato paste 1 tbsp Onion 1/4 Water 1/4 & 1 1/2 Salt 1/2 tsp Knorr powder 1 tsp Garlic clove 1 6) Refried Beans Pinto Beans 15 OZ Onion (diced) 1/2 Taco bell Mild sauce 1/2 cup Taco seasoning mix 1 tsp 7) Guacamole Avocado 2 large Cilantro 1/2 cup Onion(chopped) 1/4 Lime juice 3 tbsp Serrano chili (Large) 1 Onion (diced) 1/2 medium Tomato (diced) 1 large Garlic cloves (minced) 2 Salt (to your taste) 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1.5 tsp Oregano (dry) 1.5 tsp Chicken (Optional) Chicken breast (cut in small pieces)1 LB Garlic cloves (minced) 2 Taco seasoning mix 1 pack Water 1 cup Mexican Rice directions: Add tomato paste, garlic, onion and water in a blender and blend it. Transfer it to a bowl. Heat up a pot and add 3 tbsp of oil. Add rice (already washed and soaked for 30 minutes) and toast it for few minutes. Add tomato purée and cook for few more minutes and keep stirring , so it doesn’t stick to bottom. Add water, salt and knorr powder. Cover it and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until water is gone completely. Mexican rice is ready. Refried Beans directions: Cook onions in 2 tbsp of oil until translucent. Add taco seasoning and taco sauce. Mix it well. Add pinto beans and stir around. Let it heat up. Once, it starts bubbling. Transfer it to a bowl and beans are ready. Guacamole directions: Add cilantro, Serrano chili, onion and line juice to a blend and blend it. Green puree is ready to mix in guacamole. Smash 2 avocado in a bowl and stir in everything given in above ingredients including green puree. Squeeze in fresh lemon according to your taste. Guacamole is ready. Chicken cubes directions: (Optional) Sauté chicken into 2 tbsp of hot oil and keep stirring. Once chicken becomes white, add diced garlic and taco seasoning. Cook for few more minutes and add water. Cover the lid and cook it until water is gone completely. How to wrap burritos To make veggie burrito, place tortilla on a plate. Place 1 to 1.5 tbsp of everything in layers except chicken. Fold the burrito by taking the sides and folding it in and then wrapping the burrito. Place the flap side of the burrito face down and cook for few minutes. Turn over to cook other side for next few minutes. Repeat the process until all burritos are ready. Split burritos in halves and serve them with taco sauce or green sauce ( chatni). To make chicken burrito, place everything on your tortilla in layers and top it with chicken before wrapping.
