SB25-003 is set to become the Jared Polis Gun Ban

#JaredPolisGunBan Senate Bill 25-003, widely understood to be the the most direct and egregious restriction on Constitutional Rights, has been passed through the Colorado Senate and House of Representatives. It now goes to Governor Jared Polis for signature. Whether he signs it or not, the bill goes into law unless the Governor vetoes the bill. In this video, Sheriff Mikesell expresses his frustration and disappointment with the agenda-driven politics and the complete ignoring of constituents that led to the passage of this bill.
