Doesn't 'extinction of the mind' (manonasa) sound dangerous & unhealthy? "What has to be removed is ignorance. Manonasa means extincion of the mind but remember in the traditional teachings, if you're destroying something to attain liberation, there's only one thing that needs to be destroyed, and that's ignorance. There are lots of different names for this ignorance and one of them is the mind. So that's talking about what you need to get rid of but if you want to put it in more positive terms then say realise the Self. I want to know who I am."
