"Heave Ho" (Demon) by Magpipe, SnomGMD, Subwoofer & more | Geometry Dash 2.2

This is the first non-NCS Event, featuring a brand new song by Boom Kitty and Teminite, and I think it ended up really nice. As the name implies, it's got a pirate theme, which is also very obvious in both the song and the level itself. Magpipe and the rest of the team did a great job of representing the song visually. I really like how it progresses from being on land to going through actual ships and then being underwater near the drop. The transitions between these parts are also very good, such as the ones at 0:54 and 1:01. As a result, the level stays interesting by utilizing the theme in a different way from part to part, all of which are tied together nicely to make it cohesive as a whole. As for the gameplay, this is likely gonna be around an Easy to Medium Demon. It's quite easy until the climax at 1:10, after which it gets quite fast and chaotic (suitable for the song). They've made a good amount of clicks more obvious and/or auto, though, so hopefully it doesn't make for too big of a difficulty spike. I did mention the transitions being smooth visually, but the one at 1:27 suffers a bit gameplay-wise, as the green dash orb comes very suddenly. The "hold" text right before does help a bit. Still, I think it'd be ideal to avoid having to rely on such text. This is a minor nitpick overall, though, as the rest of the level plays quite well in my opinion.
