When I created this workout I was looking for a simple way to work on building and lifting the booty without crazy movements or exercises. I used a mini band because the right exercises with it just give you an intense burn. During these intense 20 minutes, focus on your mind muscle connection and keep your booty // butt-cheeks engaged during the entire time. My butt was so sore one day after I‘ve done this for the first time and my cheeks are definitely more lifted after doing this killer combo for several times.
