OPEN! Watch in HD... So here is a new DIY for you guys! It's actually really fun and inexpensive to make your own Makeup! Great project for those of you on a "No Buy"! So here is an easy way to create your own Cream Highlighter! P.S. If your fairly new to Makeup and don't know where to apply Highlighter, it goes anywhere the sun would normally reflect light off your face for a beautiful glow! You'll need: Powder (Loose Powder is easiest, but you can also use pressed. For Pressed Powder: Just scrape it out of the pot and crush it into powder.) Container (Pill Jars work really nice!) Lotion (Any Lotion or Cream that you wouldn't mind putting on your face will do. For me, that means Non-comedegenic!) Mixing Tool (A toothpick or Bobby Pin for example!)
