Artifact Heaven! Exploring the Loaded Smith & Wesson Mine

Happy Memorial Day, let's keep in mind why we have this day off. This is a somber day in which we honor the service and memory of all our fallen soldiers. Now, to the video. This was quite the hike to this former copper, lead and zinc mine. The only way I could describe this mine is loaded and amazing! There were literally dozens of artifacts scattered on and below the waste rock pile, as well as at the main mill site. The main find at the mill was a large trommel with cables going down which was part of the aerial tramway. This would have been one hell of an operation and I would've loved to see this mine back in the day. I'll definitely have to return and do a more thorough explore as well as ones in the nearby mountains. Hope you guys enjoy this one, and as always thanks for watching!
