This whispered ASMR video will give you a real EMDR therapy experience. I am a doctor of clinical psychologist trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). The evidence surrounding EMDR can be interpreted in a number of different ways but it is believed to be a safe therapy with no known side effects. Although EMDR is thought to be a reasonably fast acting therapy, you may need to repeat this session a number of time before you experience a reduction in distress.
