Mulberry is again in season. These magical berries are high in nutritious value and taste amazing. Today, I'm gonna use mulberry to make afternoon tea and breakfast toast. My favorite is mulberry wine, which will be ready in 3-month's time. Haha, it's a date then. See you guys in July 🌸四月一起去摘桑葚呀!不然爛在地裡太可惜了 桑葚!你是我的神!👍👍酸甜爆漿還養生 收穫了滿滿的一大筐,煮茶熬醬泡酒🥂 還做了飛哥想吃的冰淇淋🍨和爆漿吐司🍞 不過最讓我期待的還是——桑葚酒! 三個月後才能喝,七月份一起來調果酒呀😉 這算是我單方面的約定,你們來,就是雙向奔赴了嘿嘿 😍這一期花青素爆表,年紀輕輕就實現桑葚自由,90後的養生路子太野了嘻嘻 🌸Mulberry Tea: ➡️Ingredients: Mulberry, Poria cocos, red dates, lily. ➡️How to make: 1. Boil for 15 min. 2. Turn off the stove first and add some rose petals. 🌸Mulberry Jam: ➡️Ingredients: Strawberries, mulberries, blueberries, lemon juice, granulated sugar ➡️How to make: 1. Boil it until it's jam-like. 2. Put in dry jars and preserve in the fridge. 🌸Mulberry Fudge: ➡️Ingredients: Goji berries, black sesame, red dates, walnut chips, maltose ➡️How to make: 1. Boil maltose with the rest of the jam 2. Add goji berries, black sesame, red dates, and walnut chips. 3. Take it out on a plate and chunk it once it cools off. 🌸Mulberry Wine: ✨Keep the mulberries away from water and rinse it off with strong Baijiu ➡️Ingredients: Mulberries, dried longan pulp, brown crystal sugar, 35% ABV rice wine Sit for 3c months. 🌸Mulberry Ice Cream: ➡️Ingredients: Granulated sugar, light cream, milk ➡️How to make: 1. Whip the cream. 2. Pour in milk. Stir it until it's even. 3. Add some mulberries and stir some more. 4. Pour into ice cream maker. It's ready in 30 min. 🌸Mulberry Toast: ➡️Ingredients: Yogurt, egg, powdered sugar, mulberry jam, mulberry ➡️How to make: Bake for 20 min in the oven at 180°C. 🌸桑葚茶: √配料:桑葚 茯苓 紅棗 百合 √做法:1,熱水 煮15分鐘 2,關火後再放玫瑰花 (桑葚性涼,可以加些性溫的食材一起煮) √桑葚花青素滿滿,養生又美顏 √有補氣血、補肝、促消化、明目烏髮的功效~ 🌸桑葚醬: √配料:草莓 桑葚 藍莓 檸檬汁 白砂糖 √熬成濃稠的果醬狀態 √果醬裝入無油無水的玻璃瓶中,冷藏保存 🌸桑葚軟膏: √配料:枸杞 黑芝麻 大棗 核桃碎 麥芽糖 √做法: 1,剩下的果醬+麥芽糖熬製 2,加入黑芝麻,大棗,核桃碎,枸杞 3,在盤子中鋪好,徹底放涼後切塊 🌸桑葚酒: ☆桑葚千萬不能碰水,用水容易長黴,用高度白酒洗 √配料:桑葚,桂圓幹,黃冰糖,35度以上的米酒 √時間:三個月 🌸桑莓冰淇淋: √配料:白砂糖 淡奶油 牛奶 √做法: 1,加糖打發淡奶油 2,加入牛奶,攪拌至很順滑的狀態 3,加入幾勺桑葚醬(可以根據自己的喜好添加哦~),繼續攪拌 4,倒入冰淇淋機,半個小時就ok啦 🌸桑葚低卡吐司: √配料:酸奶 雞蛋 糖粉 桑葚醬 桑葚 √180度烤20分鐘 ============= 夏廚,不僅僅是下廚。官方頻道,歡迎訂閱!
