Kings Mall To Livat IKEA | Hammersmith Kings Mall Revival

Built in the 1970s to 1970s standards I think it has took 40 years for Kings Mall to look its best. Gone is the bulky concrete and not a bright and open shopping centre, although the name has also gone. The pokey small units have gone making fewer shops much bigger better anchors inside that just a few years ago were missing. The Kings Mall was as busy as it probably was way back in 1980. The shopping centre may have changed its name but is still called Kings Mall on the buses, will it change to Livat or Ikea? I wonder what will happen to the remaining four vacant units, have the rents gone up? For now all I know is that Ikea is going to make Hammersmith a proper shopping destination again, and that the lovely new seating areas are also going to make it a more relaxing place to be.
