Gear Aid® BLACK WITCH (Aquasure NEO) is a Neoprene Contact Cement that’s incredibly elastic and gives you strong repairs in just 20 minutes. To use it, apply cement onto both sides of the tear. Let dry for 5 minutes and then apply second coat. Let that dry for 10 minutes and then press the two pieces together. Let it cure for 5-10 minutes. Once cured, you’ll have a strong, flexible repair that will stand up to constant pulling and motion.
