Ken and Wanda Bass dated for 12 years before getting married in 1999. After filing for divorce in 2002, Wanda started sending cards to Ken as a way of reaching out during a difficult time. Ken returned the gestured, and later, they both realized the act of sending cards could be a “bridge of communication” for couples wanting to maintain a bond. This led to the launch of their company, Xcards, greeting cards for ex relationships.
