Agents search for two suspects after drug-trafficking takedown

Four men are accused of pumping deadly drugs into communities throughout Maryland, stashing drugs and guns in upscale apartments, and then putting the poison into the hands of street-level dealers. The Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown announced the takedown of the drug-trafficking enterprise alongside federal, state and local partners in October 2023. Investigators said Ronald Rawles, 35, of Baltimore City, and Corey Frazier, 37, of Howard County acted as large scale distributors, and Jordan Bailey, 36, and Terence Richburg, 44, would repackage the drugs for street level distribution.
