My name is Carina and this is a 30MIN MOON HATHA YOGA sequence. This sequence is perfect for you if: | you feel a bit out of balance or out of your center | | you have digestive issues | | you have trouble letting go of old habits and old emotions | Many of us sit in some kind of a hamster wheel and keep on doing the same things, making the same choices and just can’t escape. Samana vayu helps us to learn from past experiences and move on. We can help our body to balance this out with a lot of twists and belly-down backbends so we will do quite a few of them in this sequence.
