Chairperson for the parliamentary Ad Hoc Committee says they have reached an agreement with Cat Matlala's legal team for him to testify at the Ad Hoc Committee on Wednesday as scheduled. On whether Matlala is fit to testify, Lekganyane says that they will cross that bridge when they get there.  Former RAF CEO, Collins Letsoalo has dismissed SCOPA's claims that he was missing after not appearing before parliament. Letsoalo says he will not appear before the commission which he calls a 'kangaroo' court and an 'unlawful' process. Letsoalo says he deliberately submitted his postal address for the committee to serve his summons instead of his home address as there are threats to his life. SCOPA  chairperson Songezo Zibi says summons were delivered at a physical address given by Letsoalo. Letsoalo has never submitted any documents for vetting by the SSA.
