If you're tired of the same-old gym scene, and are looking to try something new, this is the video for you. This is Beach Blitz: 20-Minute Full Body Fat Burning Workout! Let's get to it! For this workout you'll perform 6 exercises in circuit fashion taking as little rest between exercises as possible. Repeat for 2-3 rounds - your goal is to finish in under 20 minutes so work hard! ###Exercise #1: Hanging Ring Pull Ups Grab a set of rings and pull yourself up, twisting your palms inwards towards your face at the top and squeezing the biceps than lower under control. Progression: 4-Second Negative Pull Ups Regression: Band Assisted Pull Ups ###Exercise #2: Vertical Rope Climb Grab the rope and climb up using your arms, legs and core throughout. Progression: Arms Only (No legs) Regression: Weighted Rope Pull ###Exercise #3: Parallel Bar Dips Find a set of parallel bars lower under control until your arms reach 90 degrees than push yourself back up to the top explosively. Progression: Raised Knee Dips Regression: Band Assisted Dips ###Exercise #4: Wide-to-Narrow Push-Ups Perform explosive push-ups, alternating from wide-to-narrow width hand placements every rep. Progression: Feet Elevated Push-ups Regression: Torso Elevated Push-ups ###Exercise #5: Hanging Leg Raises Grab a bar just outside shoulder width, contract your abs and raise your feet up towards your hands then lower under control. Progression: Windshield Wipers Regression: Hanging Knee Lifts ###Exercise #6: Interval Sprints (40yds) Sprint a length of about 40 yards back and forth as many times as possible in 30 seconds.
