I created a few synth sounds, as much as one can tweak the settings within the synths of GarageBand. The drum kit sounds like a Roland CR-78 drum machine from the 1970s and the patterns were programmed uses the GarageBand Beat Sequencer. For this jam, I use GarageBand as a live performance tool; effective at playing one instrument at a time but not so good at multitasking. It’s really hard to adjust multiple settings on the fly. Having said that, GarageBand is a powerful music production tool that can help you make any style of music as long as you work within its limitations. Thanks for watching!
