Legion of LA (L39gion of LA) is a Los Angeles based UCI Continental cycling team in the United States. It was founded in 2019 by brothers Justin Williams and Cory Williams, both are pro cyclists that specialize in crit racing. Whether you are a fan of Legion of LA or not, it is undeniable that their dominance on the crit racing scene has been consistent over the past few years. In this video, I talk with you about crit racing tactics, breakaway tactics, counter attack strategy and specific things that one of the Legion riders, Sam Boardman, did to execute his Tulsa Tough victory. This is one of my longer form cycling videos, so get your indoor trainer warmed up or a cold adult beverage ready and enjoy. Also, let me know in the comment section if you would like to see more of these videos. My goal is to help cyclists that are newish to the racing scene and expedite your learning curve so that you can avoid mistakes and succeed. Well, I'm an average recreational cyclist that recently moved from America to Girona, Catalunya, Spain. The Tour De France 2023, The Vuelta España 2023 and The Tour of Catalunya will all be held here in Spain! Sometimes I race and when I do, I share my training with you along the way. So far, I've done crit racing, road racing and gravel racing. I haven't done a duathlon or a triathlon yet, but it is something I am thinking about! So far in Spain, I’ve seen DSM cycling, SD Worx, Team Jayco Alula, Rally / Human Powered Health cycling, Ineos, Arkea cycling, UAE team emirates and more all training here. Did you know there’s also a GCN studio here?! -- 🚲Follow my Training Journey on Strava: / strava 🛑 If you'd like to come along with me on my journey, then you can subscribe to the channel (it’s free).
