"Kharbuza Gang" involved in kidnapping and murder of Mohammed Rizwan (ex-HG): Hyderabad police not so serious about this case due to political affiliation of this gang members: Amjed Ullah Khan (Spokesman) MBT said Mohammed Rizwan (ex-Home Guard) who was kidnapped tortured which led to his death will not get any justice as the accused who are responsible for kidnapping and tourtchering him are politically affiliated and inspite of having numerous cases against them are going on carrying their activities in Nampally area. Mr Khan said though he has faith in Sri C V Anand IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad but involvement of a close relative of an MLA and photos of accused being circulated on social media garlanding a Party President & MP during Integration Tiranga Yatra one day before confirms that this case victim will not get any justice and some low profile criminals will be shown as accused and they may get bail in some days. Mr Khan said the so called "Kharbuza Gang" members having more than hundred criminal cases of murder, attempt to murder, snatching, supply and intake of drugs against them but inspite of this they had been operating from a Cellar of an Oil Mill which is stone throw from Nampally Police Station and even Mahmood Rizwan was also kept there only and tortured. Mr Khan said entire Nampally Assembly Constituency petty businessman like Panshop oweners, Hotel oweners, Dosha bandies oweners etc are under pressure from this "Kharbuza Gang" members to pay mamool or else face consequences.Mr Khan questioned the Hyderabad Police authencity as how come this Kharbuza Gang members are being acquitted in cases or their cases being compromised in Lok Adalat's. Mr Khan said it was during Anjani Kumar IPS term as Commissioner of Police Hyderabad that when he received complaints from local businesses community of Bazarghat about Kharbuza Gang members harrassement and local police not taking action against them, Anjani Kumar suddenly visited this gang members houses and searched them and warned them after which their activities stopped but again they have started their activities.
