this is part 2 of a two part video on an UGH syndrome case. the 3 piece lens which we had placed in the sulcus ended up unstable... it popped out of "optic capture" and was decentered and slightly tilted, and sitting too close to the back of the iris on one side. This wasn't stable, and the patient's vision wasn't great. So in this part 2 video, we go back to the OR to convert to a Yamane intrascleral flanged haptic fixation. This has "worked" for the patient and he is out of UGH (uveitis glaucoma hyphema syndrome) and very stable and refracts to 20/20 with -1.00 +2.00 x 180. I am super happy for him and it was an honor to get to help take care of him.
